You have purchased an MYOB Product, either with our advice, or from a retailer. Now you are wondering what do with it. This is where our expert team can help you.

One-on-one MYOB Training

Our main focus is in our one-on-one training on the whole range of MYOB Accounting and MYOB Payroll applications.

 

This training is usually undertaken in your office but we are also happy for you to come to us. These training sessions are tailored to your needs and are usually conducted in 1 or 2 hour sessions. Our on-site visits are for a minimum time of one hour.

We will provide:

  • On-going support, as required for any of your queries
  • Troubleshooting of your problems as they arise
  • Periodic check ups on the “general health” of your accounting and payroll systems
  • Review of your procedures to ensure that you are using the system in the most effective way for your business
  • Specialist check ups of employee leave set up and holiday pay balances in your Payroll system

Online Support Services

Bay Business Support also offers an online training and troubleshooting facility.

 

We use the secure Teamviewer software which enables you to give us the ability to view your screen.

This enables us to give prompt service for those urgent problems and also to be available to those clients anywhere in the country, who have no access to local help.

  • Works with all versions of Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7 & Windows 8 & MAC.

Our minimum session for appointments booked with Teamviewer is 30 minutes.

 

Remote access saves us and our clients valuable time, and time is money.

MYOB Training Courses

We are currently running small group courses with up to five participants in each group.

Cost per course $295.00 + GST
Courses are run over 2 mornings for approx 3 hours each morning.
